This Cage is absolutely perfect for my 2 Boys. I also bought the Cavy Bistro and they spend the majority of their time in there eating. This cage with the Loft is MORE than enough room for my Boys. It was super simple to put together, the directions that came with it was very clear and easy to understand. I am 150% satisfied with this cage and cannot wait to order another one for my other 2 Boys and hopefully future Piggies. 😍😍?

My 3 guinea pigs LOVE this enclosure. They've been in it for about 3 months, and it is 100 times better than any enclosure I've seen in pet stores. It makes me so happy to see that they have enough space to roam and play. For the first few days, they were unsure about the ramp, but now they all run up it as fast as they can! One of my girls is particularly playful, which can be annoying to the other two when they get tired, but they have the space to take a break from playing when they need it! It's great quality, fairly easy to assemble, and so fun to watch them play in! I also bought the fleece bedding from the sister store. My guinea pigs absolutely love to nap on the fleece, it's easier to clean than paper bedding, and the designs are SO CUTE. I liked it so much, I bought a second set. I highly recommend that anyone with guinea pigs should have this enclosure!!!

This cage is really cool. Although it is not the cheapest cage it works really well for my three guinea pigs.

I had a pet store cage for a while that was just too small. I upgraded to this cage and my guinea pigs love it!!!!!! As soon as i put them in they started popcorning and running around. It was super easy to build too. The day the cage was supposed to be delivered I got a notification from Fedex saying it was damaged so i emailed this company to figure out what to do and they were so helpful! I have never ordered anything from a company that was so helpful and personal. They helped me solve the issue quickly and my guinea pigs love the cage. Thank you for this amazing cage!!!

CC cages have made a world of difference in the lives of my guinea pigs. It's the best thing I ever did for them! I bought a second cage over a year ago, after one of my three piggies died of cancer, and the other two became severely depressed. Well, they perked up within the week, so it worked! A brand new start! Now, sadly, my Olly passed in November. With only one senior girl left, I decided to get her some friends (from a rescue). After a few months, they are finally bonded! And I'm about to order another cage, bigger this time, (plus a 2x2 little extension). :)God Bless Sue for all her efforts in making our piggies healthy and happy! And for making it so easy for us to provide the perfect piggie home for our pets.

I talked to Sue and Teresa over email for a couple weeks and they answered all my questions about the c&c cages and gave me all the information I needed. I ordered this cage for my rabbits, and I did not realize the entrance to the second level was designed for guinea pigs, but the owners were happy to send me a cut out grid to help me out, so I could use the cage. I love the design! The cage came fast and in great condition. They provided detailed step by step instructions so it was easy to assemble. I will definitely order more cages in the future when I can gather more room!

I have two male guinea pigs and they love the cage! When I first ordered, I was a bit confused with something, so I sent an email. The response was very nice and helpful, and they explained everything perfectly. One of the piggies has already gone up the loft and loves it! When I first put them in it, they both started popcorning and running around! It will be perfect as they get bigger and allow them to run around!

I got two female piggies from local add. They were in a small cage. When i got them home and put them in this cage they started to rum around a little and started popcorning. They love the room. Don't panic if your piggie hasnt used your ramp yet. I've only had mine for a day and they havent yet. let them settle in and im going to try to lure them up with some veggies.



cage was a bit harder than i thought to put together, getting the grids into the connectors took some muscle but i got my husband to do most of it :) I did use most of the zip ties. you want to make sure that second level isn't going anywhere.



This is a great cage. It came quickly and everything was scored and ready to go. Made it alot easier for me than having to find my own materials and figure it out all by myself.

My piggies absolutely love their new cage, I love it as well, putting it together was fairly easy until you got to the loft. And especially if you order the loft support kit, if doesn’t come with instructions to do the loft support kit. Only a regular loft. Was a bit confusing but I got it figured out! Now I just need tj stand to go with it so my piggies will be off the floor! Shipping was so fast. Ordered the 14th and it came today, the 17th.

Amazing cage! It really is huge I thought I measured correctly and it was still bigger than expected. I absolutely love it though!! While building it I found that the instructions were a bit hard to find and understand. It took us about 2 hours to put the whole cage together but it is so worth it!!

I got these a few weeks ago and I am finally ready to write my review. First off make sure you triple measure your space. I mismeasured which was my own fault so my bedroom space is awkward AF but it be what it be. Assembly took about two hours for the first cage but by the second cage I was flying through it. My biggest complaint is the connectors keep popping off which is probably user error but the zip ties are very weak. My boys were rumbling around and one ran into the cage. He's fine BTW but the connector popped off and the zip ties snapped. Thankfully I had other zip ties. I was worried about them being harder to clean on the floor but I was so wrong. Cleaning is much easier as I just shake out their blankets in the cage and then use a regular broom and dust pan to sweep it up. I then use a regular mop to scrub the bottom. It has been so easy. My pigs are beyond happy with this cage too. The second level was a learning curve for them but after some gentle bribery they absolutely love it.

<p>I just received my cage the other day & I just set it up & moved my two piggies into it! My one pig is running all around & popcorning everywhere he loves it, & this is so unusual because when he was in our old cage he never used to be so happy & crazy! my piggies love their new home. although it was a bit hard to put together it was completely worth every minute. I'm so glad I can see a change in my one piggies personality! the pigs are exploring & having such a good time. I'm new to having guinea pigs and my husband bought this cage for me for Christmas. We had a slight problem putting it together as the loft instructions was not clear. After several hours of scratching our heads, we finally got it all put together. The guinea pigs LOVE it, lots of room to play and have their hide huts. One thing I'm noticing a problem is cleaning under the loft. Wish there was a way to open one end to access to clean and easily put in fleece.

I was a little skeptical about this cage only because it seemed too good to be true, but once everything was put together I was obsessed!! I still am!! I have 3 guinea pigs and they have just the perfect amount of room. 2 of my piggies were able to get the hang of the ramp right away, my third piggy took about a week until he finally got the hang out it. They love it so much and run miles and miles around the cage! The only thing is it's a little difficult to clean underneath the loft but I've gotten used to it!! 100% recommend ! My cage arrived within 4 days from the purchase, not including the weekend

Ok, this cage is absolutely awesome! I moved my two girls in after they had lived in a pet store cage (that was smaller than just the loft!) for 2 months and they went bonkers. There is so much room to run and play in. My girls caught onto the ramp very quickly and have made a game of running up and down it. I know some people complain that it is hard to clean under the loft since it is rather big, but I don't have an issue with it. This cage is large enough that I can sit down inside the cage to get to the harder to reach areas! My only complaint with this purchase would be that the directions were somewhat confusing. I actually constructed the loft wrong and didn't realize it until after zip-tying everything together. Other than that, this product is great. Shipping was super fast. I recommend this cage (or any bigger ones!) for anyone looking to upgrade their pet store cage.

<p>Cage is bigger than I thought, I took measurements before I purchased my cage to ensure it would fit in the space I wanted. Once assembled I was excited because I knew my boys would love it and sure enough they do. There is so much room for them to run, play and take a break away from each other. The product is sturdy and well made, this went above and beyond what I was expecting. I only had one complaint which was the instructions, the picture directions on how to connect the corner grids weren't visible and the written directions could be a bit more clear. I put three of my females (the fourth one is at the vet, she's not feeling so good) in this cage and they LOVE IT. I used some old blanlets as bedding and they are enjoying that. The youngest one is zooming up and down the ramp. The instructions were pretty clear, everything arrived in good condition

I want to thank everyone who made this site possible. I am a new cavy owner, who until a week ago had never laid a hand on one nor did I intend on having another pet to add to the 2 Tortoises, the Scarlet Macaw, the fish, and the family dog (Cal, the St. Bernard). That was of course until my son came home with one from his science teacher who was placing the ones she had. Well, that began the crash course trying to learn everything I could about these little guys, food, housing, toys and so on. The evening started at the local pet store where we bought the biggest cage, a house, some food, hay, bedding, and a water bottle and the all important book. Everything is all set right? wrong. As the evening wore on and I read the book, then a website and another and so on, I found that there were as many opinions as there were places to find them. The only thing I found of any consistency was that these guys were social animals and enjoyed company, which explained the traumatized state our new pet was in as he had been raised and lived with many of his family. We started the next day by adopting his friend who had been with him for most of his life. Well let's just say that we have two happy cavies now. So this is where C&C Cages comes in, that pet store cage was way to small now, so I went online again and found this wonderful site (www.guineapigcages.com), it answered so many questions for us and is now my 1st resource, I proceeded to buy the 71"x 29" cage with a second story on one end. It arrived unbelievably fast and was so easy to put together. We had it together in 20 minutes last night. Today we bought more bedding, hay, houses and toys to complete the enclosure for them. Since we put them in their new home they have not stopped running, playing and even jumping! It has been non stop laughs. I would have never guessed a new cage would mean so much to these little guys but believe me it does. I look forward to our time with the newest additions to our family and I can rest easier now knowing I have the best home I can for them thanks to this site. Thanks from the whole family!!!

I have 2 male guinea pigs and their previous cage was a midwest guinea pig habitat. It was far too small as they grew larger and they often got into fights because they would accidentally bump into each other and think that the other pig was looking to fight.



Needless to say, the XL cage with the jumbo loft was the perfect size for the both of them. There is enough room to have 2 pigloos and 1 barn as well as their frog pillow pet that they love to snuggle against and their furry bed. And the end to all of their fighting. (Though there's no stopping the occasional aggressive rumblestrut.)



My one criticism is the ramp. It does not stay attached properly and I've come home more than a couple times to a flat ramp and scared piglets. Luckily that was all they were- scared.



But I did bring it to the attention of the Cages Store and they said they are working on it. They were also nice enough to cut my ramp opening for the loft on the opposite side before shipping it. Very nice, customer oriented company.

It’s such a nice cage! It was kind of hard to get together, and you HAVE to offset the loft, otherwise it’s impossible to clean, but my Guinean pigs love it. It’s cozy and warm. I have a small adult Guinean pig (737 grams) and she can stick her head through the bars, but it hasn’t gotten stuck (yet).

We like many made the mistake of bringing home one of the larger pet store cages for our new piggies, and soon realized that though they are young they would need much more space. We ordered the XL with a 2x2 upper deck on a sunday night and had it by Wednesday afternoon. We set it up today making the switch to fleece and we as well as our piggies couldn't be any happier. Couldn't be any easier to put together and you can't beat how quick it got here. Gizmo and Gonzo are running all over, popcorning, and running up and down the ramp. They did have to work up the courage to go down it the first time, but once they did look out. Thank you for a superior product, I will be recommending one to anybody that asks.

I got the XL deluxe cage with a wide loft, my two boys love it. I also got fleece flippers which are amazing as well! I would recommend this cage to anyone who wants a very very very happy guinea pig.

I love the cage but it is kind of hard to clean underneath the loft area. I can do it but you really need to be able to get yourself down and under there. Its a great cage and I love it but cleaning it wouldn't be for everyone.
