<p>Perfect cage for my two boys! Easy assembly and was up in no time!</p>

I purchased this cage to expand my guinea pigs home because i felt like it was time for them to live in bigger environment. They absolutely love the new cage, ive had it for about 3-4 weeks and they’ve gotten accustomed to it. The 2nd level took them about a week to get comfortable enough to go up and down. It is very easy to clean and remove the bottom portion if you need to so you can wipe the base. Very easy to assemble. Rosie and Luna are very happy with their new home !!!

This cage is so easy to assemble. Took about an hour. The pigs love it. They run up and down all day in this. They have plenty of room. BUY THIS CAGE!

I love this cage! Ordered and got the package in 3 days, had it put together within an hour, placed the liners and stuff inside along with my 2 boars who ran around and popcorned for 2 hours straight. The coroplast is perfect and it’s so easy to clean. The only concern was my guinea is bigger and can hop over where the ramp meets the top. Maybe a “center” placed ramp instead of the side? Nothing an extra grid didn’t solve though since I can’t have it up against the wall because of wide baseboards. We are considering fostering some guinea pigs and will definitely be ordering from you again!

I just got my C&C cage and I already love it! I built it alone and it took me about an hour, it was so simple to put together. As soon as I put my 2 piggies in the cage, they started to popcorn and run all over the place.



When I had questions about the cage before buying it, the service was so good. I had an answer right away with all my questions answered.



I am very pleased with the cage and the service. But more importantly, my piggies are very happy!

I have one guinea pig, a male named Ginger. Normally I would have two, but Ginger doesn't get along with other guinea pigs and the vet said to not try and introduce him to another cavy. I thought that he might like a bigger cage than the pretty small one he was in earlier, so I bought this, and I love it.

The instructions were a bit hard to follow, but I figured out in 5-10 minutes. It took about 2 1/2 hours with washing (the fleece flippers) to set the whole cage up (and 1 to just set it up without washing the other things), so it was easy to build, even though I had a slight malfunction with how the grids fit into the holders. Over all, this is a great product, and if I even need another cage, I'll get a c&c one.

Cage came quickly with all pieces ready to go. My 11 year old put it together in about an hour. Coroplast is easy to clean. Wonderful design!

If I could give this 10 stars for product and another 10 for service, I would. The entire experience has been overflowing with pros! <3 <3



I want to say that in doing research before bringing home our pair of sows, I knew I needed to give them a large amount of space - at LEAST 7.5 square feet, but getting 2 (which you absolutely should do, they are herd animals and NEED company) 10.5 sq feet is highly recommended. This fit the bill perfectly. However, knowing the measurements and seeing them are 2 very different things. I planned to put this together in my office and slip it out for the 7th night of Hanukkah (the guinea pigs were a gift for my daughter) that wasn't happening. It was just a smidge too wide to be able to slid through the doorway in my old house. Needless to say, my dining room was pretty crowded until I played musical furniture to get it to it's final resting home. Well, it's final resting home until we redo the basement. ;)



That being said, Hammie and Callie are so happy with all their space. They have room to run and pay and just be ... well, piggies. Even the veterinarian suggested a C&C cage, we already had it by then, but hey that's besides the point.



Shipping was insanely fast. They were amazingly helpful when I called missing the cut out for the ramp. I had that piece in like 2 days time. This wasn't an issue as I had ordered with plenty of time for holiday delays in shipping which didn't exist anyhow. Customer service with them is certainly not a lost art. All around, amazing experience.



The ONLY con to this cage that i can come up with takes looking for an issue, really. That would be cleaning underneath the loft taking contortion maneuvers. I wish I had seen the "Quick-Detach Connectors" before I ordered, because they would have been added to the initial order. I will be ordering them on the next payday, because that will make it so much easier to get under there.

We bought this cage for our three cavies! The first time the boys went in their did several laps and pop corned all over the place! The extra wide loft is a great addition. We use it as the kitchen" with all of the treats and hay in one place. They love running up and down the ramp! "We have added a little boy to the family and will be adding another 2x4 so they have more than enough room!! Great cage, well constructed for the price!!

We love our pig cage! It came very quickly! I contacted them and the response was so fast. The cage looks great and was easy to assemble. The directions were great and the coroform is solid. No regrets at all! Highly recommend. Do not hesitate

I absolutely love my cage! And my guinea pigs love it too. 10 out of 10 would recommend. The shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered on a Thursday and received it on a Saturday. Easy instructions to set it all up and even a care sheet about the pigs which was a nice touch. I've only had my two female guinea pigs for a little over a month but their personalities have really changed since I've gotten them out of my crappy pet store cage. They love all the room that have to run around whenever they want. Upgrading to a larger cage has also given me the room to have two igloos available to them. Now that they each have their own igloo, tons of space, and even a second level to escape to; they don't bicker at all like they used to! I wish I would have know about C&C cages before I even got my guinea pigs.

I love the cage I love that there’s a lot of room for my two guinea pigs Oreo and vanilla the only thing I will see about it is I had to make some changes to it because it was a bit complicated with the instructions the way they put the instructions. But overall I am very happy with this cage they give you a lot of extra zip ties and extra parts which is great you can modify it to fit how you want it for your guinea pigs. Overall I am generally happy with this product and I am so grateful that I got this it was quite expensive but well worth it. Main thing I would say is they just need to change on how they do the instructions but for the most part it was good.

I enjoyed having my new cage for my two guineas.... Its very vast in size the picture does not give it enough credit. The only problem i had was the instructions were really poor.. but for the most part easy to assemble

This cage is easy to put together, sturdy and comprehensive. The instructions are easy to follow and the materials are well made. However I bought this for my two male guinea pigs hoping that they would stop fighting with more space, but that wasn't the case, and I can't return it since I've already put it together and tried it out. Very good cages but practically nonexistent return policy.

I just wanted to let you know how thankful I am for your cages and the animal shelter employee who referred me to you! I bought a commercial guinea pig cage (the largest one in the store) for my (then) one month old piggies. It was WAY too small! How can people even sell these? My new large cage with 2X2 loft is PERFECT! I ordered Friday at 11 am and it arrived Wednesday at 10 am. Setup from start to finish was easy and took about an hour. The directions were super helpful. When I put my girls in it for the first time they ran piggie laps upstairs and downstairs and then crawled into a hidey house together and purred before a nap! They popcorn all the time now!!! In fact, when I took them to the vet I was worried they were sick but I think they were just depressed. Their squeek had grown lower, almost hoarse. Now they are back to their high pitched selves! Thank you!

I ordered my first 2x5 wide loft C&C cage a year and a half ago and it seems to have served its purpose; I have 3 sows (2, 4&5) and they absolutely love all their space. I previously had them in store bought cages, and they were all very lonely and it wasn't fair to my loves.



At first the cage was very sturdy, needed a little elbow grease to put it together. As the year went by the middle of the loft started to dip from lack of support in the middle, but silly me hadn't ordered a support bar (now you can get the cage support lofts which is what I'm about to order now C: ) The ramp as well started to fall occasionally because all the sticky had gone from under the carpet and the ramp flap itself; easily fixed with super glue and some velcro pieces. My youngest had started chewing all the white coating from the cubes, and then the chloroplast base itself so it's time for a new one because everything is pretty worn out and wobbly.



Other than that, I was very pleased with service. Conformation emails and tracking available; it came in 3 days from CT to PA! My oldest never had problems climbing the ramp, and still loves to now but only because that's the only way she'll ever get to her apple stix hehe. I'm duper thankful for these cages and everyone who's put forth the effort to keep making our little piggies happy as can be :) I'll be back again and again!

This was really fun to set up...well, i haven’t even set it up yet lol! I did half or it, then realized i probably need a stand and cover because i have a dog. He never comes in my room, but he still might get to them. Patiently awaiting for the stand to get here! I set up almost all of it then realized :/ I’m probably going to have to lift the whole thing up onto the stand because i cant deconstruct the cage given i already put all the zip ties on. But its all worth it. I haven’t even adopted any piggies yet, but once everything gets here and is set up i can! So excited!

I love this cage but my guinea chewed the ramp ends so I had to take out the ramp and it was a waste of money to get the second story for me but, if my guineas weren't fond of doing that, I would give it a five.

The cage WAS larger than I imagined, so listen to the warnings and make sure you have space! But it's just perfect. The piggies have more space now than ever before and even when I put in toys, kitchen and hideys it's still not a crowded mess.



With the loft, if you offset it, it still is a bit of a chore to pull out a kitchen area. You can reach all the way back there, but with the ramp getting the kitchen out is a bit difficult.

If you don't offset it, then I HIGHLY recommend getting the side or back french door

Took 2 weeks to get here, but what can you expect with COVID, am i right? Haven’t even adopted the piggies yet, but I’m sure they’ll love it!

It took about a week, but it was perfect. Once I put it all together it was bigger than I thought but my guinea pig loved it. She was running and jumping around crazy. The ramp took time to get used to but in less than 2 days she was using the ramp 24/7. Worth the price and wait.

My daughter got two Cavies from a local animal shelter and we kept them in the cage that they came in for almost a year. We are not sure of their age, but believe that they are almost two years old now. They were not very friendly at first and it took a lot of contact with them until they welcomed human contact. We received new furniture for my daughters room and decided to move the pigs out from her room to my office which is just outside her room. Since I had more space I decided to get a larger cage and purchased a 2x4 C&C kit with a 2x2 loft. Once it was assembled and we put the pigs inside and they had made it up and down the ramp a few times they started pop-corning. They are much happier in the new cage, and will come sniff my hand and allow me to pick them up much faster.

I was very excited to get this cage put together...my pigs were in a slightly smaller floor cage, and this one is so much better for them. I also ordered the stand and the bins, which are saving us a lot of space. The bins are large enough to hold everything my pigs need.



I mean, it doesn't sound like my experience is typical, but quite a few of the grids were bent enough to not fit properly upon arrival, so when I went to attach the loft, it was far too unstable, even after adding zip ties, for me to feel comfortable with allowing my pigs to use it.



The zip ties also would have made it much harder to clean the cage (since I would have had to remove the loft to clean everything sufficiently). I ended up giving a family member the grids for the loft, and I have my piggies living happily in the regular cage.



I also had to make some modifications to the bins, as many of the holes were not lined up properly, and I was not able to line up the plastic fasteners on them. I ended up taping most of them to keep them together.



Again, it does not seem like my case is typical, and I am still pleased with the product (my lazy piggies probably wouldn't have used the ramp anyway).

I just got Chipper last weekend and brought him home in a pet store cage. Research pointed to Sue's cages as the best around, and she was very helpful in providing what I needed to build the two-story cage I had in mind. Two extra grids make the ramp to the loft. The loft is a 2x2 cube that is held in place by a few bungie cords and can be lifted and removed for cleaning the bottom. Chipper's just getting used to his new house and all the new smells, but he's starting to run around and get some exercise. Sue was very quick to respond to my questions and got the cage to me very quickly. Thanks again, Sue. Chipper is one happy and spoiled little guinea pig!

This cage is fantastic. My husband and 10 year-old daughter assembled it without trouble. Our two piggies absolutely love all the space. They were popcorning like crazy! One of them wasn't too sure about the ramp but got used to it in only a day.



Customer service for this company is amazing. I wanted to use 2 gift cards and put the balance on my credit card. I got very fast email responses and was able to give them my card info over the phone to be processed manually.



I am extremely pleased with our cage and the service, and also placed an order for accessories on www.guineapigmarket.com. Once again, FANTASTIC service. There was a fabric we wanted that wasn't listed as available. I emailed and got a fast response, and was told they could make me one of the items I wanted.

Wow... this is my first time ordering a guinea pig cage online. I'm definitely glad that I have my boyfriend to help me with purchasing and setting one up. When I got home from work, he said that he had it finished in an hour. Lo and behold, this gigantic thing was sitting in my living room! I love it! It was a definite surprise to see how big it was, but I still love the space for the guinea pigs. My piggies love to run in laps, so I'm sure they will enjoy the room just as much as me! Haha. This company has unrivaled experience with cages and the quality of these cages are outstanding! We purchased a Living World Deluxe habitat and the quality was terrible compared to the quality of this cage. Everyone who sees my cage calls it something else - like a palace or the Taj Mahal for the Guinea Pigs. I was hesitant at first because of the cost and I hate paying for shipping but ultimately we all pay for shipping somehow and I am so glad I did order. The service level is truly 10 stars! I just bought this cage along with a cage stand and kitchen area, and it's well worth the price! It shipped to me in literally two days, I couldn't believe how fast it got here! My pigs are incredibly overwhelmed by the size (they were both in a 2x2 before this) and are still getting acclimated, but I'm super pleased with the size and quality. It's also made cleaning SO MUCH EASIER with the kitchen area. My boyfriend had a fun time putting it together (he called in a pig puzzle lol) but its super sturdy, and spacious. I'm looking forward to buying some hideys on the sister store next week! I highly recommend this cage for anyone who has pigs and the space for it, it's well worth the investment.
