Coro Pieces Sale

Coroplast pieces on sale

Sale has ended.

Some popular colors of our Coroplast pieces are ON SALE while supplies last.

Coroplast has been popular to use in small animal cages for over 20 years and is recommended worldwide by rescues, veterinarians, pet experts and animal welfarists, including the HSUS and ASPCA. Coroplast is most commonly used for outdoor signage because it's stiff, resilient, waterproof, inert, and resistant to UV rays and harsh chemicals. Plus, we love that it is reusable and recyclable. This lightweight material can be cut with a box cutter or sharp scissors, so it is very versatile.

So, what can you do with Coroplast?

  • Garage sale signs
  • Coroplast bases for a cage
  • SPAD (Simple Plastic Airplane Design)
  • Trifold backboard for school projects
  • Scenery backdrop
  • Shelf liners
  • School craft projects
  • Boxes
  • Headboard base (padding and fabric over it)

If you are going to make a guinea pig cage to the standard size for compatibility across products, you are better off buying one of our precut Coroplast bases that are already cut and scored from one sheet.

BUT if you want to make your own with some modifications, you'll need to TAPE these pieces together first (with the shipping score on the bottom, and we suggest using clear packing tape), then measure, cut and score your cage from there.

To make a standard cage base with 6" walls, you will need:

  • 53" x 39" for a 2 x 3 grid cage (requires 2 sheets)
  • 68" x 39" for a 2 x 4 grid cage (requires 3 sheets)
  • 83" x 39" for a 2 x 5 grid cage (requires 3 sheets)
  • 96" x 39" for a 2 x 6 grid cage (requires 4 sheets)

With the FOUR (4) sheets you'll receive, you will have enough to make any of the above size cages after taping them together.

The only colors that are available are the ones listed on the item while they last. If you'd like a specific color, you can use our full sheet pieces that are cut in thirds where all colors are available, but not on sale.

*Not Returnable*

NOTE: Pieces are not all cut from the same sheet, so there could be very slight color variations, although Coroplast's colors are usually very consistent.
