How do I figure it out?
- COMPLETE YOUR ORDER
You need to create your order and go to the CHECK OUT page (finish adding items to your cart and go to checkout).
- GO TO CHECKOUT
You won't know the total cost of SHIPPING until you enter your shipping address AND select the carrier for shipping (Fedex or UPS).
- APPLY THE SHIPPING COUPON
Enter the coupon code on the checkout page at the section labeled Discounts (further down the page) and hit APPLY. You may need to scroll down a little to see the order totals.
If you get this error: "Cart Items do not meet requirements for this coupon code," it is because you may have ordered a few items that aren't discounted, such as starter kits. OR if you are in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, the shipping discount does not apply and you'll need to use the CAGETOPIA-D1 code instead.
The COST OF SHIPPING does NOT count in meeting the different levels for the discounts, just the product subtotal.

A NOTE about RETURNS
For the shipping discount, while we are calculating a discount off of shipping, this is still considered an overall product discount. Our return policy does not refund shipping in either direction and we have a restocking fee. Any resulting refund would be the product subtotal less any discount given less the restocking fee.
