Fall into Autumn with our new Semi-Stacked Cage Creation!

You asked, we listened. We've received many requests for stacked cages over the years, so we took to the challenge of showcasing one that is stylish, sturdy and easy to clean. We think you'll agree that our latest creation is the perfect space-saving solution for separated groups.

A Sturdy and Accessible Option for Divided Groups

This semi-stacked cage is great for housing separated groups when space is an issue, and features TWO stacked Small (2x3 grid) Cages. Piggies on the lower level will enjoy the view from our Lookout Lounge, while piggies on the upper level can take in the scenary from their own Piggy Patio. Both groups will enjoy dining in our Cavy Cafe kitchen areas. We also included our Hearty Hay Barn and featured cozy Autumn accessories from Guinea Pig Market.

This cage is recommended for 1-2 female guinea pigs per level. For 2 males per level, we recommend the Large or XL cage size.

Is there a way to stack a small size cage on top of a large cage or do they need to be the same size on top and bottom?

It's *possible* but I think you're still going to have to keep the vertical support intact. If you email me at sue@guineapigcages.com I can send you a sketch so you can see what I mean.

Hello, I'm very new to this kind of home for my piggies, the Autumn one, is there away to have it all connect, two levels, instead of two separate levels ? Robyn ??

Not at this time. If you have one group of pigs there are better ways to go. The Roomie Zoomie with a Lookout Lounge is a great way. Like this one: https://www.guineapigcagesstore.com/leap-into-spring. This is a good way too: https://www.guineapigcagesstore.com/tea-party

Can this cage be completely enclosed on all sides and be put on a stand?

Realistically? No. It would be too tall. You could not get to the top. Each level is about 15". By adding a stand, that puts this setup at 4.5 levels or 67" or 5 1/2 feet tall. Too unwieldy and difficult.

Is there a way to make this into two medium cages and cover them as well? I have a cat that I don't want disturbing my piggies.

Possible, but you'd need to add a Support Rod for the longer span, similar to how we show in the Suite Spinkles cage setup: https://www.guineapigcagesstore.com/suite-sprinkles. And Swing Grids for a front drop-down like we show in that one as well.
